Carefully designed, these provide space each day to track your pain levels, pain location, diet, medication, as well as achievements and self-care (eg. exercise, rest time). Over time you may be able to see what triggers your pain and what helps lessen the intensity.

Designed with the help of one half of Chasing Planner Peace, who lives with fibromyalgia.

You will receive 10 double sided sheets (enough for 10 weeks). These inserts are undated.

Pages are A5 size (148mm x 210mm).  100gsm paper.

Very Useful

I've been looking for a simple but comprehensive tracker and this does the job very well. It has all the sections I require and is great to bring along to appointments. It could only be improved by having another page for flares where you can go into more detail, but this is not a daily requirement so I don't feel its a drawback to this item. Just something that could be added to it.

I use these every day they have the right amount of space to put in the important information! It gets in everything you need BUT is not like every day you are writing an essay. Perfect and super helpful!

Good overall, can be improved

I like that it gives you an overall impression of the day, but I feel it could be broken down further to summarise how you've felt in the morning, in the afternoon and overnight so that you can pinpoint particular activities or times of day that are aggravating pain levels. Could also include a mental wellbeing scale for point of reference.
