When do spots open for the next Planner Peace Box?
Spots open on the 1st April, July, October and January. We open a limited number of spots and once sold out, you will need to wait until the next box.
How/when am I charged?
We use Stripe to authorise payments via our subscription service Recharge. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of every April, July, October and January. If your payment fails, your card will be tried again in a few days. If it fails again, you will no longer be a Planner Peace Club member.
If I subscribe today, will I receive the next Planner Peace Box, or the most recent one?
If spots are open, you will receive the most recent box. Your card will be charged again when the next box opens (1st of April, July, October and January) and you will then receive the next box.
How do I access the secret Planner Peace area?
Ensure you are logged into your account and click this link.
How do I cancel my subscription or update my card?
Log into your customer account, then click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION
Can I use Afterpay?
No. Afterpay is not supported with our subscription service. We accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe only.
Can I change my planner insert size?
Sure, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and place a new one. If you have an annual subscription, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you out.
