    These inserts are B6 size (177mm x 126mm)  and punched with 6 holes.Smooth, silky 100gsm paper, heavy enough to withstand most inks without bleeding or shadow-through.  Pages are B6 size (148mm x 210mm) to fit Planner Peace B6 Planners, or will fit Kikki.K B6 Planners.  B6 is a very similar size to Personal Wide and will fit your personal wide planner but will be a little larger.
