As with all Planner Peace inserts the pages are printed on silky, thick 100gsm paper. It will withstand most inks without bleeding or shadow-through.
These inserts are PERSONAL size. Page size is 95mm x 172mm.
These inserts come punched with 6 holes.
You will receive 365 daily pages, printed on 183 pages (one page for every 2 days!) We recommend that you keep approximately 6-8 months in your planner at a time for maximum usability.

Natalie I absolutely love these inserts! They're silky smooth and thick enough that they don't bleed through.
